Terms of Service
Last updated: . By using Cleanban (“we,” “us,” or “Cleanban”) and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website, software, or services.
1. Who we are
Cleanban sells digital licenses and related materials for PC-side hardware identity and system utilities, including Permanent HWID (full serial-level spoofing and cleaning workflows) and TempKing Spoofer (time-limited or lifetime temporary spoofing with a built-in cleaner, as labeled at checkout). Features, requirements, and limitations are defined on our catalog and in each product’s description at checkout.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your license keys, credentials, and devices secure. You may not share, resell, or publicly redistribute keys or our software except as we expressly allow.
3. Acceptable use
Our tools are intended for legitimate use on systems you own or are authorized to manage, in compliance with applicable law. You are solely responsible for how you use the software, including compliance with:
- Game publishers’ terms of service, license agreements, and anti-cheat policies;
- Platform rules (for example storefronts, leagues, and competitive services);
- Local, national, and international laws that apply to you.
Product pages state known limitations (for example, certain titles or anti-cheats are not supported). Those statements are informational; they are not an exhaustive list of every restriction that may apply to you.
4. No guarantee of outcomes
Hardware, firmware, games, and anti-cheat systems change frequently. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every game or configuration, or a particular outcome (such as bypassing a specific ban or detection). We do not authorize or encourage cheating, fraud, or violations of third-party terms. Any use that violates applicable rules is at your own risk.
5. Software license
When you purchase a valid license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable (unless we state otherwise), revocable license to use the corresponding software and documentation for the term and scope of the product you bought (for example subscription length vs. lifetime, as labeled at checkout). You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where mandatory law allows. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
6. Orders, payment, and delivery
Checkout and payment processing may be provided by third parties (for example Sellhub or other payment processors we link to). Their terms, privacy policies, and refund rules apply to payment and billing data they handle. Digital delivery (license keys, download links, guides) is described at checkout and is typically instant or near-instant by email or on-screen confirmation, subject to fraud checks and technical availability.
Prices and taxes are shown before you complete purchase. We may change catalog prices or product bundles; changes apply to new orders, not retroactively to completed purchases unless required by law.
7. Refunds and chargebacks

Because products are digital and keys are delivered electronically, all sales are generally final once a key or license is delivered or revealed, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise or we offer a discretionary refund in writing (for example for a duplicate charge or verified non-delivery).
If you open a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us through Discord, we may disable associated licenses and refuse future sales. We will work in good faith to resolve billing errors reported promptly with order proof.
8. Updates, downtime, and status
We may update software, documentation, or eligibility requirements. Active subscription periods and lifetime products follow the policies stated on the product page at the time of purchase. Service availability is not guaranteed 24/7. We may publish notices on status or Discord—check there for maintenance or incidents.
9. Support
Primary support is through our Discord community. Response times vary. You agree to provide accurate information (order email, product name, and a clear description of the issue) when requesting help.
10. Intellectual property
Cleanban branding, website content, and software are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our marks or materials in a way that implies endorsement or partnership without written permission.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our services and software are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are prohibited.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleanban and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising from your use of the site or software. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to these Terms or your use of the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific product giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50) if greater, unless mandatory law requires a higher minimum.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Cleanban against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the software, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights or laws.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to licenses or accounts if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or if required for legal or security reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive (limitations of liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive termination.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update this page from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for new activity; material changes to paid products will be described as required by law.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Cleanban operates, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction’s laws. You agree that courts in that State (or federal courts located there, where applicable) have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you the right to sue in your home courts.
