Privacy Policy
Last updated: . This policy describes how Cleanban (“we,” “us,” or “Cleanban”) handles information when you use this website, purchase digital products, and interact with our support channels.
1. Scope
This policy applies to visitors and customers of our website and to information we process in connection with orders and support. It does not govern third-party websites (for example payment processors or Discord) except where we explain our role below.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use Cleanban, we or our service providers may process:
- Order and delivery data. When you purchase Permanent HWID, TempKing Spoofer, or related options, our checkout partner (for example Sellhub or another processor we link to) collects payment details, billing contact information, and transaction records under their own privacy policy. We receive what is needed to fulfill your order: typically email address, product purchased, license identifiers, and payment status.
- Support and community. If you contact us on Discord, Discord processes messages, account metadata, and voice/video data under Discord’s Privacy Policy. We see what you post in channels or tickets we operate.
- Account and panel access. If you use a customer panel or login area we provide, we may process credentials and session identifiers needed to authenticate you.
- Technical data. Standard server or hosting logs may include IP address, browser type, approximate region, timestamps, and request paths. Our static site may be served through a host (for example Vercel, Cloudflare, or similar) that collects technical logs under their terms.
- CleanBot (on-site support chat). If you use it, your messages are sent to our server and then to an inference provider (for example Groq) to generate answers. Do not paste passwords, full card numbers, or other highly sensitive data into the chat. Conversation text may be processed under that provider’s terms.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Deliver license keys, software access, and documentation;
- Process payments and prevent fraud (largely via the payment processor);
- Provide customer support and respond to disputes;
- Improve our website, products, and communications;
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information as a commodity. We do not run third-party advertising or behavioral ad networks on this site.
4. Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies
We may use browser local storage for essential features—for example remembering your shopping cart, discount-wheel cooldown, or cookie-consent choice. You can clear site data in your browser settings; some features may not work without it.
We do not use advertising cookies. Any analytics we add in the future will be described here and, where required, offered with an appropriate choice mechanism.
5. Sharing of information
We may share information with:
- Payment and fulfillment partners (for example Sellhub) to complete purchases;
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that serve the website or email;
- Law enforcement or regulators when required by valid legal process;
- Professional advisers (for example accountants or lawyers) under confidentiality obligations.
We require processors to use data only to provide services to us and in line with this policy where applicable.
6. International users
If you access Cleanban from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our vendors operate. Those countries may have different data-protection rules than your home country.
7. Retention
We keep order and support records for as long as needed to fulfill purchases, meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements—typically for the life of the product license relationship and a reasonable period afterward unless a longer period is required by law.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through Discord with your order email and a description of your request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
If you are in the European Economic Area or UK, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA (for example to know categories of data collected and to opt out of sale—note we do not sell personal information in the conventional sense). Submit requests through the same Discord contact.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this page when our practices change. The “Last updated” date will reflect revisions. For material changes that affect how we use personal data, we will provide additional notice if required by law.
12. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, reach us on Discord. For legal correspondence, use the official contact method published on this site when available.
