Refunds & billing

1. What you are buying
Cleanban sells digital licenses and related materials (download access, guides, and support through our community). Nothing physical ships. Delivery is usually instant or within minutes by email or on-screen after payment clears, unless fraud checks or technical issues delay it.
2. Why refunds are limited
Once a license key is delivered or revealed, it cannot be “returned” like a physical item. For that reason all sales are final after delivery except where mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise, or we approve a discretionary refund in writing (for example duplicate charge, verified non-delivery, or a clear billing error).
3. How to request help
Open a ticket in our Discord using the same email you used at checkout, your product name, and a short description (for example “charged twice” or “never received key”). We review requests in good faith; approval is not guaranteed for every subjective reason (compatibility, skill level, or game outcome).
4. Chargebacks and disputes
Starting a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank before talking to us can lead to revoked licenses and blocked future purchases. If something is wrong, message us first so we can fix it or explain the charge.
5. Checkout partner
Payments are completed through our checkout partner (for example Sellhub or another processor we link to). Card and billing data are handled under their security and privacy terms. We never ask you to DM full card numbers on Discord.
6. No hidden subscriptions
Subscriptions and time-limited products are labeled clearly at purchase (for example 1-day vs 30-day vs lifetime). You are not enrolled in surprise recurring billing for products that are sold as one-time keys unless the checkout screen explicitly says so.
